Private-Duty CNA CarePersonalized one-on-one private-duty care provided directly by a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Care is tailored to each client's individual needs, routines, preferences, and level of assistance.$40/hour · 2-hour minimum

This estimate covers scheduled care time only. Transportation charges and trip expenses are not included in the care estimate; applicable charges and any additional service time will be confirmed before the booking is finalized.

Love & Light Home Care Services offers transportation to and from medical appointments and assistance with errands, including grocery shopping and pharmacy pickups. Clients may request transportation and appointment assistance through the booking form. Transportation requests are subject to applicable insurance and legal requirements. Availability, trip details, applicable transportation charges, and any additional service time will be confirmed before the booking is finalized.

Submitting a care request does not guarantee availability or create a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after Love & Light Home Care Services has reviewed and accepted the request.

By submitting this care request you acknowledge:

  • No deposit or automatic charge is made when you submit a care request.
  • An appointment is confirmed only after Love & Light Home Care Services has reviewed and accepted the request.
  • 24 Hours or More Notice: Confirmed appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without a cancellation fee with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Less Than 24 Hours Notice: A $40 late-cancellation fee may apply to cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.
  • No-Show: A $40 no-show fee may apply when the client is unavailable or does not provide access to the agreed service location at the scheduled appointment time.
  • Emergencies: Love & Light Home Care Services may waive a cancellation fee when circumstances warrant, including certain emergencies or unexpected situations.
  • Cancellation by Love & Light: If Love & Light Home Care Services must cancel a confirmed appointment, the client will not be charged for the canceled appointment. Any payment already made for that appointment will be refunded or, with the client's agreement, applied to a rescheduled appointment.
  • Pets must be disclosed before services begin and safely managed when needed for a safe working environment. Love & Light does not provide animal care.
  • Personal-care and activities-of-daily-living assistance are provided within the CNA's training, competency, and applicable Florida requirements.
  • Governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
