Service Agreement & Terms

Effective as of the date of your booking

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Love & Light Home Care Services LLC ("Caregiver") and the Client ("Client"), collectively the "Parties," effective as of the date the booking is submitted. By completing a booking on this site, the Client agrees to all terms below.

1. Services Provided

Caregiver agrees to provide non-medical, in-home care services, which may include companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation assistance, and grocery shopping. All services are provided on a scheduled, appointment-only basis.

2. Payment & Deposit Policy

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: A 15% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve that time slot.
  • Full Payment: Full payment for scheduled services is required in advance or at the start of the service session.
  • Accepted Methods: Card, cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and Cash App.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 48+ Hours Notice: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled time will receive a refund minus the 15% non-refundable deposit.
  • Late Cancellation (<48 Hours): Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable and will be charged in full to cover lost income.
  • Caregiver Cancellation: If the caregiver must cancel, a full refund or immediate rescheduling will be offered at the Client's preference.

4. Safety & Liability

Client agrees to provide a safe, sanitary, and smoke-free environment for all scheduled services. Client agrees to hold harmless Love & Light Home Care Services LLC from any liability arising from in-home care services, except in cases of gross negligence on the part of the Caregiver.

5. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Booking Site Terms Summary

By checking the agreement box at checkout, the Client specifically acknowledges:

15% Non-Refundable Deposit

A 15% deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount is non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.

48-Hour Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 48 hours of the service start time are non-refundable. The full session amount will be charged.

Payment in Advance

All services must be paid in advance or at the start of the session to finalize and begin the booking.
